Work Guilt?
Idk why i'm letting my job affect me so much; between the stress of the commute and being almost 7 months pregnant; and NOW trying to allocate my work among an already small team. I feel so bad for the people that I work with that they will have to pick up extra work on top of their already busy schedules.
Granted I won't be thinking about this place AT ALL while I'm home; just hearing how much people are getting makes me feel bad!

Work Guilt?
Nope, I'm not really having any guilt about leaving work for others to do. I'm having the opposite, guilt about having to return to work.

Re: Work Guilt?
I feel like there are so many things that make me feel guilty being a working mom.
Try and enjoy maternity leave without guilt! I'm sure there will be work waiting for you when you get back.

Work Guilt?
Don't feel badly about it ... i'm sure your coworkers will "repay" you for your actions at some point

Re: Work Guilt?
I'm a teacher and felt guilty about leaving work and having others do things......till I went into labor. Didn't give it a second thought from that point on.

Re: Work Guilt?
Don't be so hard on yourself. You take pride in your work and you have a good work ethic. While you know the building won't come crumbling down while you're out, just live in the now and worry about it as the time goes on. I don't blame you for wanting tro get all of your ducks in a row just in case.

Re: Work Guilt?
I felt like that too before I left work, even though I had over a month to transition my work to the person covering for me and things were pretty buttoned up. The second he came, I totally forgot all about work and any guilt went out the door
