Work Issue
So my company had deteriorated in a major way. My direct boss (whom I have a lot of respect for) is leaving. I was offered a job for an old boss of mine (whom I loved working for) a few months ago and am wondering if I shoud give him a call. His job was a little less money, less stress, no drama people but a longer commute.
What do you think?

I would totally give him a call-- that job may not still be open, so t may take a while for a position to open up. It's always good to put feelers out there.

The less stress & no drama would win it out for me! Hopefully with advancements, the money won't be in issue forever, so I would suck it up on the commute for the stress free environment & good boss!!!
