Wasn't sure if this is the place to post but....
I am looking for a new FT job, we will most likely TTC early next year. One of my contacts has a PT job available that would be great if we were already PG or had a baby - this opportunity probly won't present itself again next year, at least not with this co. which is also close to home. My question is this: do i go for it and try to get a second PT job (bc we need the salary of a FT) now? Or do i pass and hope when the time is right I can find something else like it?
I've just been thinking alot about how much do you let the fact that you're going to TTC soon influence your work related decisions.
TIA

Re: Work Related
If I got an offer like that I would jump at it probably. I could not do the hours I do right now with a child. I guess it depends on the hrs-are there other jobs you could find to fit teh available part time hours?

Re: Work Related
My feeling is that one never knows what the future will bring. If I were pregnant, I would make sure that I was in a placement that would not endanger the health of my unborn child or myself. If I was not pregnant, I would not worry about it until and unless I am. Truth is, I thought that by now I would be half way through a pregnancy as we started TTC 4 1/2 months ago but I am not pregnant yet. I am not one that likes to tempt fate in that way but thats just me.
