Worst Gas Pains
I am having the worst gas pains ever right now. They've been going on since like 1am- and I've hardly been able to sleep. They are my chest and in my belly. I am extremely uncomfortable. 
Should I call the doctor? Or should I just rest and hope they go away?

Gas-X is safe to take and try taking a bath - the relaxation should relax you enough to release some of it. a walk might help too. Feel better

I've had this for two days myself. Every time I lay back down after going to the bathroom, they travel back up to my chest.....ouch....

I had that and went to the hospital, after sitting there all day, there was nothing they could do. Use the Gas X and walk around to get it moving, my pain went away but it took a couple of days.

hmmmm..I had this with my 1st only they werent gas pains..I was in labor...I would call the doctor.

I've had some pretty horrible ones too - I hope you are feeling better this morning
I started taking tums each night before going to sleep because the pain was getting so bad. It has helped a bit

Thanks everyone. I do feel a little bit better. I think the baby is dropping, and that might be what is causing the gas pains. I managed to take a short nap a little bit ago and woke up feeling a little bit better.
