worst restaurant experience
Last night I went to Green Leaf (the thai/Japanese restaurant in Massapequa Park) for my birthday and we had the WORST service. My mom ordered a dish and it was clearly wrong and when she tried to explain it to the waitress the waitress got all nasty and told my mom she was "wasting our food". My mom didn't even ask them to switch it to something else she said never mind because me and DH had already finished by the time she got the waitress' attention to come back to our table. Then some other customer, a guy started yelling at my mom across the restaurant, to "quit your whining". I HAVE NEVER seen such poor customer service and to have this idiot chime in just topped the cake!

Did you complain to a manager? I would've complained so fast that biatches head would spin.

I think it is family owned so I think that are all related, there was only one other guy in the restaurant working and he barely apologized.

 I cant believe that guy! Sorry taht you had such terrible service on your birthday- if I were you, I would call them today and explain what happened

I will NEVER go there.
I HATE, HATE, HATE when there is poor customer service.
So sorry you had to deal with that BS. Edit your post title and say "Worst experience at Green Leaf" so you spread the word.

OH HECK NO! The waitress needs a lesson in the customer is always right. The other duffazz customer needs to mind his own business.

That is BS! WTH is her problem?!? And the guy who butted in....learn to myob dude!
I have eaten there before but it was years ago. Its not really busy in the dining room and was kinda depressing.
