would today still be CD1 for me?
So I got AF this morning a little bit after I woke up....I normally spot the first few hours and then get a lighter flow the first day....today I'm really lightly spotting and no normal flow that I normally do...would I still make today CD1 on my monitor or make it tomorrow...strange month for me this month....

I would consider it CD1. I know a lot of ladies on here say CD1 is the first day of "full-blown" AF, but i was just at the Dr for a physical last week and he told me to count my first day of spotting as CD1.

If I spot the night before, then get full-force AF the next day, I usually count the full-force day as day 1...
But if I get AF in the morning, even if it's very light, I usually count that as my day 1.

I always thought cd 1 is the first day of red bleeding, not spotting.
