Would you consider today CD1?
for the longest time i've been getting AF first thing in the morning. This time, she arrives at 7pm tonight - so, is this my CD1 or is tomorrow my CD1 as tomorrow would be my first full day?
I'm thinking today, but i'm not really sure...

Did she come full force or are you spotting? If it were me and she came on full force I would consider today CD1

My RE told me that any bleeding that starts after 3 or 4 is not considered CD1. They start counting the next day.
