I think it really depends on the shape and 'perkiness' of your breasts more than the size - As well as what outfit you're going 'bra - less' in and how it fits you .........
I wouldn't go braless in a Tshirt - but I would in a maxi dress IF it fit me correctly- And I'm a full C to D -

If my boobs didnt drag on the floor, i'd DEFINITELY do it.
I was always jealous of those with a smaller, perkier chest! lol
So i say YES do it!!!

But if I were you I'd never wear a bra!
Someday I'm going to get mine put back where they were meant to be and maybe nipped and tucked. Watch out, cause I won't be wearing a bra!
