It happened here twice more as well! I really thought we were going to lose power but so far so good. I wonder if this is it now??

we're getting hit pretty hard out on LI now - I'm north shore, western suffolk area, and I kid you not, it's hailing.
There are 10 cicada bugs on my front step, just hanging out under the awning. Gross. They're so noisy!
