WR (sorry!) - how did you wear your hair?
and would you have done it differently?
I am wearing a cathedral veil - i cant decide wether I want a bun type hairdo or half up/half down with curls. my wedding is the end of july, but I have very managable hair so im not worried about frizzies.
and my dress is strapless with lots of beading on the bodice.
can anyone give me some advice? how did you wear your hair - and would you have done it differently?
(I would post this on LIW - but most of you girls who are already married are on here now!)

No I must say I LOVED my hair on my wedding day! I think it looked good...right? 
You'll look beautiful no matter what you do!
I think you should leave it down and curl it possibly...why don't you get some trials done?

i wore it half up half down! i was going back and forth so much from my hair trial (which was back in a bun). i ended up getting the half up half down and i was sooooo happy. i woke up that morning and knew how i wanted it and i have no regrets.

my predicament is that I want to get a headpiece before I do a trial - yet my hairstyle will depend on the headpiece

I think im going to have Julie (FSIL) try some stuff out - she is good at hair-doing, lol., instead of shelling out $50 bucks everytime i go.

My dress had a lot of beading, especially at the top. I wore my hair half up half down and loved it. I wouldn't have changed anything.

I wouldn't have changed a thing. My bodice had a ton of beading on it and I didn't have any probems with pulling or anything. My cathedral veil was velcroed on to my two tier fingertip veil. It was perfect. I got it at Barrons in tri county.

Half up, half down. My hairdresser combined the best of 2 trials we did together. I loved it and wouldn't have changed it.

mine was all pulled back in a low bun/poneytail/twisty thingy.
I love the way it looked with my veil.
This is the best side pic I have. I didn't take any pics of the back of my hair.

I wore mine all up and I am soo glad that I did. I remember thinking thank Go d I did, bc I got so sweaty dancing all night. I was also worried about the weather -humidity, wind...

 That was me - every other day...up, down, up, down.
Get trials of both. It is true that whether it is up or down they spray it like crazy and it should stay no matter what.

I wore my hair all up. I'm glad I did. I didn't want it getting in my face, and it was hot that day so it was off my neck and back which I liked. I loved the way my hair looked! No regrets!
