WTH? Gaining weight...
Eh?! I weighed myself this AM and I've gained 3lbs since last week! What the heck? AF is long gone, about 2 weeks ago, so I'm mid-cycle, and I've been SOOOOO good with WW and exercise.
For exercise, I workout for 45minutes, 5 days a week; 3 of which I run. So I'm earning about 30 activity points a week, started HIIT for my running a few weeks ago, and went from 12-13 minutes per mile to 9-10 minutes per mile in just 3 weeks.
I don't eat crap - my usual day is peanut butter on lowfat english muffin, cheese or hard boiled egg for a snack, then a small piece of fruit, a salad for lunch with tofu and only balsamic vinegar for dressing, some light cottage cheese for a snack in the PM, and then a piece of fish with some veggies for dinner.
What in the world am I doing wrong? Could I be gaining muscle weight from starting the interval training for running???
I rarely dip into my weekly points and NEVER dip into my activity points, but I don't feel hungry AT ALL - but, maybe I need to eat more?
Any ideas??

It doesn't look like you're eating enough to me. Are you hitting your daily PP target every day? The other thing would be your water intake - are you drinking enough?
I doubt it's muscle weight. It takes a LONG TIME of weight training to seriously gain muscle mass. But of course think of the other factor - have you measured yourself? Clothes feel different? The scale may not be moving the way you want it but you might be losing inches.

I always eat my daily points, and drink about 60ounces of water a day. Though my clothes are fitting looser, even if the scale says otherwise, so I guess I'll just ignore it for now. I'm just baffled at how I could have gained THREE pounds in ONE week!

Beth, I had the same thing happen 2 weeks ago...Three pounds out of nowhere. It was the same week I started working out more. Its totally gone this week

That's why I don't weigh myself - if your clothes are loose, what does it matter how much you weigh?
