ww & plateau
hi ladies i have been doing WW new program for 11 weeks and i've hit a plateau. i've had a week where i completely fell off track (didnt work out & didnt track anything i ate) but i got right back into the routine.
i'm 2lbs away from meeting my 5% goal and its taking soooooo long. any suggestions on how i can get over this plateau?
i do light weight training for 20mins 3x a week & cardio for 40mins 2x a week
i eat all my points daily and try to use less than half of my weekly points.

I don't do weight watchers but what i would suggest is to change things up. Change your foods and your workouts to break through the plateau! Good luck and stick with it!

I was going to suggest the same thing! I do WW and this always help me!

thanks ladies...i just went thru my past weeks and found a week where ilost over a 1 lb and i'm going to try to do everything i did that week. maybe i need to switch it up or maybe its what i'm eating (even though i'm still within my points)
i have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks i would love to lose another 2-3lbs by then!
