WW - Is plain instant oatmeal 0 pointsplus?
I've been eating the Quakers instant oatmeal plain. The envelope is less than 1 oz (without water). Is that really 0 points? TIA!

If its the Quaker Instant Oatmeal Original Flavor its 3 points+ for the packet.
Fat is 2gm
Carbs 19gm
Protien 4 gm
Fiber 3 gm

The only thing that is 0 is fresh fruits and most veggies.....oh and water.
