Quaker instant oatmeal - Points Plus question
On WW online it says that Quaker Instant Oatmeal (apples and cinnamon) is 3 points. But you can make it two ways - with water or with milk. Does anyone know if these points are only with water and if so, how many points it would be with milk instead? Or does it not make a difference?

The points plus values in the materials are with water. If you make it with milk, just add the extra points plus values for the milk.
