WW 360 plan?
Anyone on this plan? I used to do WW about 10 years ago. Is this plan pretty much like points and is it worth doing this online? Would love to hear your success story also :)

WW 360 plan?
I am. I lost 60lbs on WW with the points plan. About 2 years ago they switched to points plus (which I was on and it helped me maintain my loss). I gained the 60lbs back when I was pregnant. Now I'm bcak on the plan and down 40lbs. It's definitely worth it.

Re: WW 360 plan?
I am on it. I was also on WW 10 yrs ago and about 6 yrs ago with the points plans. Points plus seems almost the same except than now most veggies and all fruits are 0 points. Works for me!

Re: WW 360 plan?
I'm doing it - I am just on week 2 of the Points Plus, but I did the points program in 2005 and then again in 2009 (after having my son), and have always liked the program.
Points Plus is the same idea, but they calculate points based on fat, protein, carbs, and fiber (versus the old way of using calories, fat, and fiber). So a lot of things, especially higher carb foods, have more points. But on the flip side, the fruits are now 0 points, as well as the non-starchy veggies (as always). But there is still emphasis on meeting the good health guidelines for a balanced, healthy diet. And the foundation of the program is still tracking your foods and peer support (either online or in meetings). The 360 aspect of it is more focus on the mental aspect of weight loss (getting into routines, etc.) and not really a change in the technical plan fundamentals.
I have only just started, but had a good first week. And I always like WW because it is very sustainable (not as drastic as some plans) for the long-term, and works with a lot of lifestyles (no need to eat special food and all of that). So for that reason, I would always recommend it.

Re: WW 360 plan?
I'm on it, on week 2. 7 mths pp and still about 20lbs over my prepregnancy weight.
I lost 2lbs the 1st week, so far so good. I did ww about 6 years ago and lost over 20lbs and loved it. I feel like after I stopped, the weight didn't pile back on. LOVE WW.

Re: WW 360 plan?
I am I've lost 31.5 pounds in almost 4 months! But I'm also exercising 2-3 times a week too, so that is also helping!

WW 360 plan?
i'm on it-its really no different then the points plus. I find it to be much better than the old points system. Having fruits and veggies at 0 points is a great thing. I used to hate spending my points on them and then i wouldn't eat them. i'm down about 19 pounds since last march.. had a rough couple of weeks since the holidays. Hoping to get back on track asap.
