WW Chili question...
I froze half of the chili I made yesterday in individual one cup servings. If I wanted to heat it up in the microwave can I just put it in from the freezer or do I have to defrost it first? Normally I would defrost something but I am thinking it is like a frozen meal like LC and maybe I can just heat it without defrosting so I don't have to decide the day before if I am going to eat it. Has anyone just put it in the microwave from the freezer?

You would probably have to use the defrost or 50% power and cook it longer but I don't see why you couldn't go from freezer to microwave.
