WW core cereal ideas
Just curious if anyone has a good breakfast cereal reccomedation that fits with WW core? I am getting tired of egg whites! LOL

There aren't a lot of weight watchers core cereals out there. I have tried puffed wheat cereal. It's kind of plain and boring. Usually adding a banana or some berries helps.
Other core breakfasts I like are oatmeal, yogurt shakes (plain yogurt blended with berries) and ww shakes.
Good luck. I'm finding the same thing- that breakfast can be tough.

I used to eat the shredded wheat with 1 packet of sweet n low. It was core and delicious.
