WW dieter's - 2 questions...
What is your workout "routine"? (meaning what do you do, for how long, and how many times a week).
I know for working out you can gain back points, do you use those points or do you ignore them?

I have been bad with working out so I've been getting in walking and swimming when I can but not enoufe i don't know if it saids it in the book or not but i was told no more than 4pts a day to be added not that you can't earn more than that just not to count more than 4 a day. I usually don't have more than3 but I usually minus it.

I am not very good with working out unfortunately. I do know that you need to make sure that you are getting enough points in when you work out or your body can go into starvation mode and it could slow your loss. I also know that WW normally does not have you take your activity points until I believe week 3. Once week 3 comes, they give the exercise materials which then allows you to use activity points. You have to use trial and error to see what you need individually, since every one is different.
