WW friendly 2-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
Just came across this recipe and wanted to share. This looks yummy! And you can't get into too much trouble because you are only making one serving at a time.
2-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake - Recipe Courtesy of Kim Bensen
3½ tbsp cake flour
4 tbsp canned pumpkin
1 tbsp powdered cocoa
1 tbsp Egg Beaters®
3 tbsp Splenda®
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug. Cook it for 2 minutes on high. Carefully remove and enjoy!
