Re: WW Girls, I need some help with food
My typical meals consist of:
Breakfast: Multi-grain Cheerios with a banana and glass of OJ I've also had WW English Muffin or Bagel with FF Cream Cheese
Snack: Apple and Swiss Miss Pick Me Up Hot Chocolate
Lunch: Either a turkey sandwich (and maybe a salad) or a Lean Cuisine or Smart One
Dinner: Varies depending on what DH is in the mood for, but usually we'll have burgers, pasta, chicken and rice, tacos, etc. I really don't limit myself as to what I can eat. I still have the same thigns but make wiser choices (light or FF cheeses, no heavy cream in sauces, no mayo on my burgers, WW breads/rolls, whole grain pasta, lean ground beef, etc.)
You should take a look at the Filling Foods list on WW to get a feel for what you can have during the day that will satisfy your hunger.

What I'm having a problem with is coming up with ideas on what to eat. Just looking for some more ideas about what other WW girls are eating.

Re: WW Girls, I need some help with food
For breakfast I eat either a light english muffin with yogurt butter or a banana plus sometimes milk or orange juice too.
Usually a ham or turkey sandwich for lunch. Sometimes grilled chicken w/salad.
Dinner is either grilled chicken, lean steak, tacos with lean beef, grilled shrimp, hamburgers w/baked french fries, etc. We only eat a steamed vegetable with most of these....no starches. I'll have pizza or pasta once in a while....just have to make sure it's not too large of a portion. Sometimes I'll eat a Smart Ones meal or if we go out to dinner I'll just order something baked, grilled or steamed if I can find it and try to not eat the whole thing or take home half.
Sunday nights I cut up all my vegetables and fruits then portion them for the week (usually another night too cause some things won't last). Every morning I grab my little bags so I have snacks of either celery, carrots, snow peas, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, strawberries, apples, watermelon, etc.
HTH's Good luck !

Re: WW Girls, I need some help with food
breakfast: 2 pt fiber one bar (like a granola bar), 1 pt english muffin with 1 egg and 1 egg white (2pts) and fresh salsa (no points) or 1 cup fiber 1 cereal with 1/2 c skim (3pts)
lunch: usually left overs from dinner- at least once a week I make soup (low point veg soup or a lenti or split pea soup- both very low in points).. progresso has a 1pt WW soup - says it on the can.
Or arnold sandwich thin (1 pt) with some tuna fish.
dinner- really mostly grilled chicken, or fish (salmon, red snapper), or lean steak... or WW pasta with some type of sauce (tonight making red clam)

Re: WW Girls, I need some help with food
I am in my first week, went to my first meeting yesterday. Trying to get rid of that baby fat.
I am utilizing the online feature. It is very helpful. The only thing I can not figure out is what constitutes a healthy oil? Can I count my cooking spray?
Thanks for the help.

Re: WW Girls, I need some help with food
One of my favorites is pizza. Try using low fat flour tortillas or the WW english muffins - 1 serving or 1/4 cup of sauce and low fat cheese. Oregano, etc.
lean turkey burger w/ veggies on the side and some baked fries. You can buy frozen ones or cut up your own then spray with a little olive oil
I happen to really like cereal .. cheerios/shredded wheat/etc. a serving w/ skim milk
buy a boxed chocolate cake mix - the ONLY thing you add is a small(approx. 15 oz) of pureed pumpkin. spread into pan and smooth out (however it looks is how it will come out. Bake according to box directions. In between cake & brownie - add a low fat pudding snack and you have molten lava cake for under 200 calories
sorry for rambling HTH

Lunch Turkey sandwhich with light mayo and lettuce on ww pita and ww string cheese on side or something I get subway turkey it is only 5 pts.
Salad with lite ranch dressing and grilled chicken
Tuna fish with light mayo on ww bread with lettuce and one slice of 2% milk cheese.
Dinner When I don't feel like cooking smart one! Lean flank steak with baked sweet potato fries and a vegetable.
One piece of turkey meatloaf with mashed potatoes ( i do not put butter in them) and veggies
Grilled chicken topped with the ww mozzarella and either spinach and brocollii with sweet potato
sometimes chinese food with brown rice b/c it is not that bad for you.

Re: WW Girls, I need some help with food
I always try to reserve at least 8-10 points for dinner. This way I can make whatever DH wants and still be able to eat it.
To help portion control I do not use dinner plates. Instead I use a bread plate or a bowl. They hold less
A typical snack food for me will usually be no more than 2 points. (A fiber one bar, apple, banana, carrots, sugar snap peas, etc.) And I will have 2 snacks a day.
Breakfast is usually about 3-4 points. Fiber one english muffin with a dab of cream cheese. Cheerios with skim milk. 2 egg whites on a slice of whole wheat toast.
Lunch is almost always a form of a salad. To keep the points on the lower side.
Try to remember to eat before you are actually hungry. It helps shrink your appetite and subsequently you will eat less.

Re: WW Girls, I need some help with food
Breakfast fiber one or light english muffin with 2% american cheese slice, sometimes I add some turkey bacon cereal like Kashi heart to heart or multi grain cheerios oatmeal weight watchers smoothies made with skim milk hard boiled egg on toast whole grain frozen waffles
Snacks Fruit cut up veggies with hummus 2% string cheese pudding cups Sensible foods dried fruit fiber one bars
Lunch veggie burgers, I especially love the spicy black bean burgers- so yummy butternut squash soup salad with protein like grilled chicken turkey chili
Dinner grilled lean meats like chicken I use a lot of turkey chop meat. I make meatballs, chili, meat sauce for pasta and tacos with it. homemade pizza with 2%cheese
Also, whenever I make something, I always freeze extra servings of it and use it for lunch or dinners when I'm too busy to cook. I also always keep weight watchers or lean cuisine meals in my freezer- especially the pizzas and mac and cheese. they are a lifesaver on those nights when I am just too tired to cook. My weight watchers cookbook has also been wonderful!
