WW how many point do you generally eat for Lunch
I bought a whole bunch of the ww frozen meals for lunch. Most are 4-6 pts. It seems like alot for lunch. How many points do you guys normally eat for lunch. Thanks

Usually about 5. I get 18 points, so I use 2 for breakfast, 5 for lunch, 2 for snacks, usually 8 at dinner and 1 more point for a bedtime snack.

It varies from 3pts-7pts. If I know I'm having a higher point lunch I try to have a lower breakfast, like egg whites or oatmeal.

I usually eat 5-7 points for lunch but I get 23 for the day.

I usually eat between 3 and 5 points for lunch. Sometimes I splurge and spend more but it is very rare
