How many do you aim for per day? Per week?

At my weight andmy hectice schedule I aim for 7 pt at elast 4 times a week.
That number will change once the summer is here and my weight drops.

ok now that I am back on WW I will be at the gym religiously 3 days a week - but hoping to make it 4.
at least 2 miles on the treadmill (uphill) and 1/2 an hour with the trainer..and some additional weight work.
That being said - since I am in weight loss mode I am not planning on using any of the points I earned. I find that is one of the quickest ways to jump start weight loss. (I am also on core so it's a little easier to do that).
