WW Recipe - Bacon Cheeseburger ROllup
I made this Sat night and DH was in love with it. We ate part and froze the rest to have tonight
I replaced the onion powder with a real onion. I Just sauted it with the beef. Its a little tricky to roll up bc when you put hot food on cold dough, it gets thin, but I rolled it and and pinched the holes shut and it baked it SO good!
BACON CHEESEBURGER ROLLUP

Ingredients
1 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
2 slice bacon, uncooked
4 oz RF Shredded Cheddar
8 oz reduced-fat crescent roll dough
2 Tbsp onion powder
Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. COOK GROUND BEEF, CHOPPED BACON AND ONION POWDER UNTIL DONE. DRAIN, RETURN TO SKILLET AND ADD CHEESE. COOK UNTIL MELTED.
STIRRING FREQUENTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND SIT ASIDE. UNROLL CRESCENT ROLLS ONTO BAKING SHEET SPRAYED WITH NON STICK COOKING SPRAY. PRESS INTO 15X8 INCH
RECTANGLE. TOP EVENLY WITH MEAT MIXTURE. ROLL UP DOUGH STARTING AT ONE OF THE LONG SIDES. REARRANGE IF NEEDED SO ROLL IS SEAM SIDE DOWN ON BAKING SHEET.
BAKE 20 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. CUT INTO 6 SERVINGS.

Its 36 points for the whole thing
Dh and I cut it in half, so we had 18 points one night - 9 each. I just made a veggie on the side (0 points) because we had meat and bread with the dinner.
Good dinner for just 9 points
I re heated the other half today and it rehated perfectly. The bread was crispy and not soggy!
