WW Simply Filling
Just curious if anyone follows the WW Simply Filling program. It seems very similar to the old Core program. I had done Core in the past and was successful and thought it was easier then tracking everything. But it has been awhile.
WW Simply Filling
Any follow this and have success or any good meal ideas?

i did awesome with core a few years ago. i would like to try simply filling too. ive been thinking about doing it for the past few weeks. i wish there was a better list of what is sf like there was the core list.

The foods for simply filling are the power foods. Anything with a green pyramid next to it in the program materials.

i know but it use to be just a straight up list with core.

I know this is an older thread, but I just re-joined WW and am doing the Simply Filling Plan (which apparently, isn't that popular!). I wanted to try something where I don't have to track every little thing and see how it goes.
I found a website that has alot of recipes that I am going to try.....
