Breakfast:
Vitatop-1pt Yogurt 1-2pt Bagel thin, slice FF cheese-2pt eggwhite omlette (depends on what you add anywhere from 1-5pts)
L: Bagel thin, turkey or ham or roastbeef or chicken(1 pt worth cold cuts) = 2pt Bagel thin FF cheese, turkey pepperoni-3-4pt bean salad (chickpeas,kidney,white beans& onion) 2 pts for 1/2 cup salad
D: 95% lean hamburgers, ff cheese, thin-6pts
baked potato or sweet ptoato-2-3 pt (also baked potato or sweet ptoato 9cut up into wedges to make fries)
turkey sausage & peppers- 2pts per link of sausage
broiled flounder, snapper, salmon
95% lean beef weith taco seasoning over salad with beans, corn a little homemade guac
shrimp (prepared a bunch of ways)-sauteed with a little oil (or pam) garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes over brown rice.
Shrimp Santorini (baked with diced tomatoes and feta)
grilled chicken, tzaiki (greek yogurt sauce), spinach, light pita or tortilla

Great idea-this is my meal plan for today:
Breakfast: Toasted everything bagel thin and three egg whites-2 points.
Snack: 1 apple cinnamon cereal bar-2 points.
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pizza-7 points.
Afternoon Snack: another cereal bar-2 points.
For dinner-either turkey sausage and peppers over rice (6 points) or 2 FF hot dogs and beans (also 6 points).
Evening dessert-3 point WW cookie sundae.
I have 3 points left to spare, I'll probably have baked tostitos and salsa before dinner.
Which way I go for dinner depends on if my husband would prefer left over meatballs/sauce and pasta for dinner (I have this thawing for sometime this week) or sausage and peppers. I'll cook sausage and peppers tomorrow if he and DD eat meatballs tonight.

I think we should also have a tracker thread...this is a great thread for ideas, but to record what we eat throughout the day, maybe a tracker thread too.
