I am officially 2.8 away from my goal. (I am already under WW goal, but I set my own goal).

Down .6 for total of 5 over the last 2 months, its takign forever this time around but Im not discouraged. I feel better, Ive been goign to the gym 4 times a week so my clothes feel a bit better. I have 5 months left to loose 15 more pound.

Let me ask you... do you find that you lose quicker or more if you eat all of your 35pts and your Activity Points??? In the past, I usually dont touch either, but maybe I should be.... I'd like to see what you all think! Thanks!! And wish me luck... the next week is gonna be rough!

I usually eat my activity points and half of the 35pts. The last time I was on WW, I didn't do as well at WI for some reason when I don't eat some of the weekly 35 pts.
