Well I was happy when I saw that I was back down to were I was when I got married. I was very sad about gaining the weight in only a year and a half. But I have a long way to go...

I weighed in today lost another 2.2!!!! very happy with that because now I am up to 10.2lbs!!!! (It has been 6 weeks)

Down 1.2 for a total of 8. I am shocked since I ate soooo poorly this week, even last night I had chinese food which is a no-no before weigh in b/c of all the sodium. I am flying HIGH today!
eta: I'm actually singing the Rocky theme right now to my co-worker!

I am not weighing in until tomorrow, but I know I gained this week thanks to my bday and valentines day. I hate facing the scale when I know I gained. Keep your fingers crossed that it won't be more than a pound!

I can't afford WW, but I've been hitting the gym 2-3x a week, and "watching" my intake....
Started last week - had a b-day and v-day in between... and lost 4.2 lbs.
I'd like to lose 30 and KEEP IT OFF past the wedding.
