WWYD--Am I the only crazy person
So I am on line at the DMV to finally change my name. I am waiting about an hour behind a man.
I am looking down reading my Nook--I look up and there are two women one @ my age (under 30) one about 40-45 yrs old in front of me..they are trying to cut.
I call them out and say "excuse me but the line is behind me--you can see there are people behind me why are you trying to go in front of me" I was right at the point in the line where the rope starts so it is like the cutoff area for jerks to try to creep in.
One woman steps behind me--thr one @ my age does not say a word--meanwhile she is still cutting those behind me 
The lady in her 40's tells me her english isnt good and screams "this is my spot" in my face turns her back--so I say "If you do not move to the back of the line I will call the DMV officals and have them remove you...I then tap the man in front of me---the woman says something to him in another language and I ask him in english--"Who was behind you me or her?" and he says YOU..haha to the jerk woman and she steps behind me--still cutting the rest of the line
No one says ANYTHING to these two women and allows them to cut them--I ended up being on the line for three hours--and if these women HAD cut me I would have been fuming the entire time--they only had to wait two hours bc they cut the friggin line!
Am I the only NUTJOB that would say something and get screamed at by someone...What would you have done?
ETA: I only included the ages of the women to point out they were not elderly people who should be given respect.

I would have said something just like you....then after she cut the rest of the line, I would have turned around and spoke to those people asking why in the world they would allow her to cut them too.
I would start a ruckus .

I would've done exactly what you did.. and then turned around and told everyone else in line that they were spineless and crazy for letting these people cut them.
In the end, you were where you needed to be, so if everyone else wanted to turn a blind eye to it, that's their problem!

I really should have...when they lady screamed IN MY FACE "this is my spot" and I said no it is not and she screamed again IN MY FACE "my english isnt good" I really was shocked--how dare you scream at me when you are wrong!
At least the other woman stepped behind me but this lady was brazen!--She even tried to get the man in front of me on her side by speaking to him in another language but he rolled his eyes at her and said I WAS correct which was great

I was in the DMV in Massapequa last week and saw this exact same thing going on. In fact, I had a "girlfriend" of someone ahead of me cut me to come up by her boyfriend when she realized she was on the wrong line. I also know it was people who did not speak English as their first language, not that that should ever be an excuse. Fortunately, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I have to go back though to renew my registration because I forgot the title.
I know I could've said something but it just was not worth the drama to me that I KNEW would erupt.

I'm known for letting things go and having patience when it doesn't concern me (IRL- on the interwebz I'm a busy-body) but when someone is outwardly being rude

Last Monday a mother and daughter due cut the line right in front of me in Walgreens. I KNOW I should have said something but first I was just too flabbergasted by the balls of those two and then decided not to deal. I beat myself up later. I really SHOULD have said something, i know...

See this has happened and I let it slide--you are on that like for a minute or two--but since I had waited an hour with no end in sight there was no WAY I could hold back
