X Post - Help with Closet Doors - for nursery
DH and I just bought bifold closet doors - and he is installing one set right now.
The problem is that he had to cut the molding that was hanging down (we originally had sliding doors) because the bifolds could not open.
Does anyone have bifolds? Pics of them? Is there a piece of molding or something that covers the track?
Thanks

I have them in the green room downstairs. We put molding around the doors like it was a regular door way (does that make sense?) I can send you pictures but DH has to fix the internet connection on the other computer.

We have the molding around the doorway also - but there is a piece that was hanging down - that we now took off - so now we see the track and the rolly things. Here is a pic of what the closets were like without the doors -and you can see the hanging piece that we took down.Image Attachment(s):

I found a not so great picture on shutterfly that I had. I checked the door and see what you mean about seeing the rollers. DH did put a narrow piece of cove (I think that is what it is called) moulding to cover it up. It is hard to describe and really hard to see in the picture. I will see if he can fix the internet for me tomorrow (he is sleeping now) and take a better picture. The cove moulding is really thin and kinda set back from the regular moulding so you only see a small gap.

Thanks! I couldn't open the pic for some reason. Don't go crazy - we'll figure something out!
