Re: Newbie with question already

How old is she? Are you going to train her to go potty outside?

She'll be very lonely by herself for that long. I would either come home to play with her and take her outside or have someone do it for you but even then, she'll probably cry after they leave.

A crate may help because it'll give her a cozy place to feel secure. But if you crate, you can't keep her in it all day. She can only hold her bladder for as many hours as she is in months (3 months = 3 hours), so someone will have to come home every few hours to let her out.

She's about ten weeks. I'm potty training her to go on the wee wee pads first and then I'm going to start taking her outside. The hallway and kitchen are big enough where she can run and play which is why I chose that. I made sure that there was nothing around that could hurt her.
