I don't have the plan since I am covered through my husband but Perfect Healt is what my job offersand what the people here say is you have to be in Perfect Health to have it. There is the High Deductible & then like you said just a discounted rate supposedly.

i hate to say it but it is a discounted plan. they just made all the managers at my job switch to a plan very similar to this.

I called PH myself to get some answers. Not very imformative and did NOTHING to calm my fears. It is definitely substandard. We're gonna see what our other options are.
