i think this is great! i am so tired of baby baby rooms!

i didn't do that to my kid.. the only thing baby in her room was the bedding. the walls were green (we didn't find out the gender) with white waisncotting and green rug. white dresser that was mine when i was a kid and same with the night stand. i had a twin bed in there along with the borrowed white wash crib and changing table. i was able to sleep in there while she was an infant so as not to disturb DH. it worked out beautifully. never had a bassinet.

anway...after a while, i put pink in there and a pink cowboy hat that i have and other "little girl" things. but that room was easy to make into a "grown up girl" room.
