Re: x post Our Cat died
Aw I'm sorry. My cat died suddenly too. What the vet told us is that cats are used to hiding their illnesses- because in the wild illness makes them easy prey. So the cat could have been sick for a while and just never showed any signs. Cancer is very common in cats and sometimes by the time they show any symptoms they are 2 steps away from death.
I wouldn't worry about anything that could harm you or the kids- especially if he never went outside.
It's just a horrible thing when it's so sudden and unexpected!
