methinks you have been to Germany...and if that's the case, I would definitely recommend Hofbrauhaus LV.
it isn't as good as it's Munich brother for sure...but it's more than good enough for Las Vegas 
we also ate at a great sushi restaurant inside the MGM Grand....cannot remember the name though. pricey and fancy, but good.
