XPOST - Vent & Recommendation Needed

I love my doc...I've been a patient of hers for over 5 years now but I'm a little ticked off...
I finally get a BFP and make an appointment to see her. When i get there they put in me in with the other doctor.
So that's fine but he was so negative, i know that docs have to give you the facts on all of the bad things that could happen but a little positive talk would have been nice. Even yesterday he calls to tell me the blood test confirms that I'm expecting...but have I started bleeding yet??? Then to top it all off I look him up and though my original doc is...he is not board certified and only graduated in 03.

So long of the short is I think that I'm in the market for a new OB and would really appreciate any recommendations!

I'm in the Massapequa area and don't want to have to go too far :)

EDIT: I called yesterday to change my next appointment over to her and they told me I can't see her until APRIL!!!!
Also I'd like to find a female doc if possible.

I know my doc doesn't fit your criteria being in Suffolk and a male, but I Dr. Jerry Ninia-he is the best! Good luck with your search!
