xpost BTDT moms ... natural induction, what worked?
38 week prego here, but just curious if anything you did that you think may have caused you to go into labor earlier than you would have without doing anything?
Also, my ob is a huge advocate of sex to help bring on labor, but she insists to use a condom since sperm contains prostaglandins, but I thought "the big O" in women also produces prostoglandin, anyway I didn't really get it, anyone else get instructions like it?

Umm I think having sex without a condom is the whole point for inducing labor, somehow the sperm thins out the cervix, from what my OB said anyways.
I also believe nipple stimulation is a HUGE factor for me going into labor, as well as walking a ton!

I have never heard of using a condom- that's counter productive. As far as natural induction goes, I'm open to suggestions too.
