Sorry, no recs. But I do have a question:
Does cut your own tree mean you bring an ax and cut it yourself, or that you pick the tree you want and someone at the place cuts it for you?

You can usually rent a saw there and you cut it yourself. However...the farms that I have been at...the saws are often rather questionable...you are probably better bringing your own.
I've been to Lewin Farms I believe. It's a very fun family day trip. Be careful if you are going with little ones...I fell in a hole that a tree had been uprooted from! I was fine, but it's still something to be aware of.
