Yes. I've ordered from them a few times and all were positive experiences.
Super fast shipping. I usually get it within 2-4 days of my order.
Great merchandise at really good prices when they have sales.
I have no experience with returns though since I've never returned anything.

nope, their storefront is in manhattan, on the upper west side. it's teeeeeeeny tiny and i went on a weekend so it was mayhem.
i ordered stuff from them that was in stock and it came super fast.
the backordered items on the other hand was another story altogether! the website said it would be in stock in 2-3 weeks. a few MONTHS later with no merchandise (i had completely forgotten about my order) when i was assembling my nursery i called them up to see what the heck was up. they said it was still backordered. i cancelled the order and they reimbursed me but that left a bad taste in my mouth....but other than that, great prices!
