XPOST FROM CRAFTS AND NFR: Where can I get 10"x10" frames?
That don't cost a fortune, but look good--preferably black.
They are for a project I am working on...

Well, they sell 12x12 frames at all the craft stores so if you can use those and maybe make a mat, it will work. Another option is to just center your picture in one of those frames on a piece of 12x12 scrapbooking paper. 12x12 is the standard scrapbook page size and it is the size of the old school record album covers so there are definitely non-custom frames sold in that size. Also, I get any custom frames that I need done at Rogers' Framing in Northport. Sometimes they put out odd shaped frames that they make with leftover pieces and they sell them inexpensively.
