At my job, if you have to go out on bed rest and cant work before, you go on short term disability and then FMLA kicks in once the baby is born (or babies in your case :)).

So i guess it depends on the companies policy then? I did let my boss know there is a possibility of me being put on complete bed rest so we will see how it goes from here. Thanks
