I am petrified of the same exact thing!
I was thinking about sticking to the nail polish as well (even if they're boys). If you think of anything else, please let me know!

Re: XPOST: HELP! how do you tell your identical twins apart???
I was worried too and got the same advise most posted on the other thread. Fortunatly, are unfortunatly my boys were born 3lbs different so they have always been different sizes so I can tell the difference. One also has a scar on his stomach from a surgery he had at 3 months old so even if they were the same weight at any time I can make them lift thier shirts.
You will know who is who and will be surprised that other's can't tell them apart.

Re: XPOST: HELP! how do you tell your identical twins apart???
I can tell you that I had a big problem even now I will call them the wrong name every now & then. (then again I call my son my brothers name all the time. LOL) My girls were the same weight at birth. So that didn't help much. The older one had a slightly bigger head so that sort of helped. LOL. The younger lost more weight at the hospital so we left her ankle bracelet on her foot until it didn't fit. You can do the nail polish. Write on the diapers, onsies. That way you will always know.
