Neutrogena
Also don't use regular hand soap, use cetaphil or cerave

aquaphor aveeno
also, if I am diligent about putting on lotion right after I wash my hands, I find that this helps ALOT.

I just want to caution that anything scented may CAUSE problems. Personally I have to use unscented everything. I use cetaphil soap and neutrogena hand cream and dove bar soap at home. I spend all of a day and a half at FH's place using his regular hadn soap and my hands were all cracked again.
So for some people the scented lotions are totally fine, but if you (the general you) have cracked and dry hadns I would try switching to the unscented sensitive skin stuff because for me it makes 1000000% difference.

The best way to cure it is take vaseline (lots of it) ... load it on your hands while right before you go into bed and put some white cotton socks on your hands and let it soak it.
After every wash use moisturizer and like PP said scented things can be more drying -- though do help when you have nothing else available.
I use Cera-V on my body in the shower, but to wash my hands I like something stronger. I use Aveeno, Neutrogean Norwegian Hand Formula, Aquafor (all the heavy duty ones.
My hands crack and bleed if I don't take care of them. The Vaseline is a good quick way to get them to heal fast.
