YEAH!! We got the refund!! (it is preg. related)
DH and I were supposed to be on a cruise this week, but decided against it because we just didn't want to take any chances. Well... we HAD to use the plane tickets, or reissue them by June 10, 2007. I am due June 4, 2007  Um, yeah, I won't be travelling then! Nor could we plan when or where we'd be going for the next year.
So THANK YOU DELTA!! They actually called my doctor's office to confirm my "status" and they refunded us the money!!! $800!!  Our tickets were NON-refundable too!!

My thoughts exactly!! They put up no arguement at all! AND... these tickets were bought last June!! I'm shocked.

Maybe with all of the bad publicity going around with the airlines they decided it was best to refund you than potentially have to deal with any issues.
