Yes, another metformin question...

Actually two questions

Some of you mentioned that metformin made your stomach upset. I've noticed that I am going to the bathroom everyday now, but not necessarily with a HORRIBLE stomachache. Do you think this is from the meds?

Also, has metformin helped improve anyone's acne?? I'm wondering if it will in the long run....

I do think going to the bathroom every day is from the meds. I posted a few days ago that I am like clockwork with it.

But I saw zero improvement in my acne I have hidradenitis supprativa also (chronic inflammation of skin in areas where sweat glands are found associated with PCOS) and if anything, its worse than ever.

The upside to Meformin I found was 1. it regulated my periods finally and 2. it helped me lose some weight when I initially started it

My bathroom experiences haven't been great, so I can't tell you much about that.

However, yes, I have noticed an improvement in my acne. I am definitely breaking out less since I have been on the met.
