absolutely! ive been giving DD this since the same age, she LOVES it.... i often mix it with the no sugar added applesauce...i also make smooties out of it for her yogurt, fruit and ice- usually banana yogurt and real bananas- shes a big fan of it)....AND i use the yogurt as her "syrup" for her pancakes and french toast! :)

I would think so but if you have any doubts about giving her dairy just check with your ped.

Ironically, my ped. just told us yesterday to start giving this to DS and he is 5 months old.
