yoga - n. merrick or plainview area?
i've been inspired from all your stories and it's time i get off my lazy butt. i'm putting on way too much weight!
anyone know of any studios in north merrick or plainview? anyone workout near either town and want a buddy? trying not to spend a ton on membership.....

There's Namaste yoga studio on South Oyster Bay rd in Plainview. It's in the Plainview shopping center
