Re: yoga?

I've taken a few classes at various gyms.

I recently took a workshop at a yoga studio in West Babylon with our very own MrsB-07.

I'm going to take a 6 week yoga for anxiety course with her in the spring.

I started taking a class about 3 months ago at my gym and I am hooked. It is Rahini Yoga (healing yoga) and it is so relaxing I absolutely love it!

I took that same workshop. MrsB-07 is a great teacher. It's a great workout that really kicks your butt too. I'm going to go to more of her classes and I'm also taking that 6 week stress/anxiety course in April. I can't wait.

Def. go with an open mind. I'm loving it so far. I feel great after each class. Chat Icon

Re: yoga?

I just ordered Yoga for Weight Loss with Bob (from The Biggest Loser) from amazon.com yesterday. It got great reviews. I'll post after I try it to let everyone know how it was.

Re: yoga?

If you dont mind me asking how much do you pay for yoga classes. There are a couple of places by me (VA) but their prices are crazy imo anyway.
