Yoga/Pilates in Sayville/Bayport/Bohemia?
Does anyone belong to a yoga/pilates studio in Sayville/Bayport/Bohemia? I'm looking to join one and I'd love to hear your recommendations!

Yes. I used to go to one in Sayville - right on Main Str. She was great. I forgot the name though (I moved). When I go home I'll get the name. It was $15 for an hour and half session.

You could try Inner Light Yoga in Sayville. it's right off of Main street. There's also a Pilates studio on Montauk Highway in bayport. I forget the name, but I've heard good things about it. Good luck!

I was just about to post the name. Yes, it was inner light yoga. Great place for yoga.
