Yogo in Franklin square garden city area
Does anyone know of anyplace ? Thanks I would love to try hot yoga ...but I can't even find a "regular " studio

Yes - when I did hot yoga I went to Bikram Yoga in Carle Place - right on voice road, off glen cove road (behind the country glen center).

It's not exactly in that area but revolution yoga in RVC is where I go.

I'm taking a break at the moment, and it's a little farther away, but in addition to RVC and Carle Place, there's also Hot Yoga Massapequa.
Some of the teachers who teach at RVC and Carle Place also teach at HYM.
I know the studios often do Groupon specials for new students, and also new students also get like 10 classes in a row for $20 to see if they like it.

I like the Yoga Polarity Center in malverne. They have two studios - Om and Prem - and there is a really good energy there. They have groupons or living social deals occasionally - my first encounter with them was a 10 class punch card for $40! That was a $160 savings! It is great and close to the areas you note.
Also, there is a place in Floral Park I have yet to try, but I think it is called Body Works.
