check out Sarkozy's face too 
I must say though.... those Brazilians have great boo-tays!

i saw it on the morning news... if you watch the video of the actions... it's a still shot of him (obama) as he's getting ready to help the lady with the blue-flowered-prink skirt take a step or two down. he never actually looks at the woman's bottom... sarkozy, on the other hand, enjoys the view

There was a huge discussion on this on O&A on XM-Sirius yesterday. They were trying to use all different captions with the pics and it was funny.
To me it doesn't look like Obama is checking her out maybe the camera got him at a bad moment turning to look at something but Sarkozy is definitely checking something out.

I saw the video and I definitely think Obama took a long peek there, even though he was definitely helping that other lady down the stairs. Sarkozy, however, was not even trying to hide it.

In the last year the leader of Italy was caught on tape approaching a traffic cop from behind and well... ummmm... simulating "it" from behind...

Oh, and the man next to him has had his own pretty public pursuits...
Yes, he's the Pres. but he is still human... he's only looking and the camera caught it
